Christopher Zamlout is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Christopher handles a wide range of employment and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, representing corporations, closely held businesses, government entities, and individuals in matters venued in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. He is experienced in employment litigation and workplace investigations, representing employers and employees implicating anti-discrimination, harassment, and retaliation laws, as well as breach of contract and restrictive covenants. He also assists employers in preparing handbooks, policies, agreements, and training materials.

In addition to employment issues, Christopher has litigated, arbitrated and participated in jury trials regarding matters involving insurance and coverage issues, election law, general business torts, personal injury suits, shareholder derivative actions, and TCPA class actions.

While attending law school, Christopher completed an internship with the Hon. Madeline Cox-Arleo, in the District Court for the District of New Jersey, and an externship with the Hon. Nelson S. Roman, in the District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Christopher represented corporate entities in New York and New Jersey in complex employment and commercial litigations and also counseled clients with respect to day-to-day employment issues.
