Dahn Levine is an Associate in the San Francisco, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he advises and defends management in high-stakes employment law disputes. His practice focuses on defending companies in wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff matters involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract.
Dahn has experience handling matters in federal and state courts, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions, U.S. Department of Labor, California Civil Rights Department, California Department of Labor Standards and Enforcement, and in arbitration proceedings.
Dahn also represents management in disputes alleging housing discrimination before the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the California Civil Rights Department.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Dahn practiced law in New York as an associate for a large national firm, where he focused on employment and commercial law matters.
