Emma R. Graham is an associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

While attending law school, Emma was the managing notes editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. In 2020, she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Anna Helen Demacopoulos, Cook County Circuit Court, Chancery Division. From 2021-22, Emma was a student attorney with the University of Illinois College of Law Immigration Clinic. In 2022, she successfully defended a client in an asylum case in front of the Chicago Immigration Court (EOIR). Emma also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Legal Writing.
