Evan Michael McBride is an associate in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters such as in wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and class action lawsuits. His practice also includes preventive advice and counseling. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Evan defended his clients in many civil litigation matters as a senior trial attorney for a well-known insurance company. Before that, Evan worked at noted law firms in the Sacramento region specializing in labor and employment matters. 

While in law school, Evan was a member of his school’s Employment Law Honor Society. He was also recipient of his school’s Excellence in Clinical Studies award for providing outstanding service and dedication to clients during several clinical placements, including the ACLU and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. 

Before beginning his legal career, Evan was an executive-level manager for a national retail company. As a result, he frequently leverages his innate understanding of workplace and management issues, along with his legal training, to provide clients with an unmatched understanding of their needs and expectations.
