Gabrielle Bohannon is an associate in the Norfolk, Virginia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Before joining the firm, Gabrielle clerked for the Hon. David Bernhard of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, drafting opinions for complex criminal and civil matters.

While in law school, Gabrielle externed for the Hon. Douglas E. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Hon. Teresa M. Chafin of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Hon. David W. Lannetti of the Norfolk Circuit Court. She was a lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review. As a member of the William & Mary Moot Court team, Gabrielle was a semi-finalist for the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition and a quarterfinalist for the National Moot Court Competition in Law and Religion, where her team additionally received an award for Best Brief. During law school, Gabrielle also assisted in instructing a first-year legal writing course as a legal practice program fellow and prepared briefs on behalf of Virginia’s Office of the Attorney General as a student advocate for the Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic.
