Cynthia helps employers across diverse industries – from Fortune 500 companies and start-up entrepreneurs to small local restaurants – to obtain visas and green cards for their foreign employees. She also has hands-on experience in family-based immigration. Partnering with clients, Cynthia advises clients on all aspects of processing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and has broad experience in labor certifications and permanent residency processes.

Cynthia had studied in the United States as an international student and immigrated to the United States from Taiwan. She understands all challenges firsthand that international students, foreign professionals, and immigrants face in the United States. Thus, Cynthia has developed a passion for helping people navigate the complex U.S. immigration system with ease and build their lives in this country without worries.

Before immigrating to the United States, Cynthia practiced corporate and international transactional law in Taiwan. This experience allows her to recognize the diverse demands in the business world and use a holistic approach to advising companies on complying with immigration laws.
