Jaime M. Heimerl is an associate in the Seattle, Washington, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Jaime’s practice focuses on class action litigation in wage and hour claims, discrimination, and retaliation claims.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jaime gained over four years’ experience in employment law representing employees. She brings her insights representing employees to provide practical, business-orientated advice, counsel, and representation to employers.

After a 10-year career in sales and marketing, she went back to school and obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and law degree at Gonzaga University. During law school, Jaime worked with the Spokane City Prosecutor’s Office, Unemployment Law Project, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Thomas O. Rice at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
