Jayvon Brown

Jayvon Brown is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. where he provides litigation and advisory services to California businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law.

His employment litigation experience involves representing businesses through disputes, claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, breach of contract, and wage and hour issues. Along with litigation, Jayvon also enjoys counseling. He advises clients on the important human resources issues impacting employers and works closely with them to understand their business needs.

Prior to practicing law, Jayvon worked for various sports and entertainment agencies and a wealth management firm. He credits these experiences with sparking his interest in becoming a management-side attorney. He grew to understand the ever-changing legal implications for employers and business owners engaging in business in the Golden State. Because of this, Jayvon lives by the personal motto “I am a businessman, who solves problems from a legal perspective.”
