Jonathan C. Hatfield is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation and representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Jonathan advises employers on a wide variety of employment law issues, including allegations of unlawful discrimination, employee discipline and discharge, non-competition agreements, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, insurance matters, and commercial disputes. His litigation practice focuses on defending the rights of his clients in court, when necessary, while providing creative and resourceful solutions to the problems they face.

Jonathan has substantial trial experience and has obtained favorable jury verdicts for his clients in both Massachusetts and California federal courts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jonathan worked as a commercial litigator for four years at a boutique Los Angeles area firm and for three years in the Boston office of a national litigation firm.
