Kathleen M. Hurly


Kathleen M. Hurly is a principal in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has more than 20 years of experience litigating employment matters in state and federal courts.

Kathleen represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. 

Kathleen’s practice also includes advising employers on managing employee leaves, disability accommodations and wage and hour issues.

During law school, Kathleen clerked for trial court Judge Joseph I. Pines for over two years. That daily access to a trial courtroom inspired her subsequent career in litigation.
