Leticia Kimble is of counsel in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, from prelitigation advice and counsel to state and federal trials and arbitration.

Leticia is a seasoned litigator who develops aggressive but cost-efficient strategies for her clients. She represents employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination on the basis of sex, race, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, retaliation and wrongful termination. Leticia also has significant experience defending employers in class actions and claims brought under the Private Attorney General’s Act (PAGA).

In addition to her strong litigation experience, Leticia is often called upon by clients to offer a unique perspective on the day-to-day employment issues that arise. She frequently helps employers avoid the expense of litigation by developing and implementing legally compliant best practices.

Leticia conducts diversity and inclusion training seminars for managers, supervisors, and employees. She also conducts training seminars on workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, wage and hour issues, and effective communication.

Leticia is also a regular speaker, host, and moderator on emerging legal issues in employment, business, and DEI matters.

Significant Matters

  • Second chaired and successfully obtained complete defense verdict in four-week long jury trial brought against a household employer with claims of racial and national origin harassment and wage and  hour violations.
  • Chaired and successfully obtained six-figure verdict in a probate bench trial involving numerous claims, including breach of fiduciary duty and financial elder abuse
  • Second chaired and successfully obtained a multi-million-dollar verdict in a defamation action on behalf of Las Vegas casino.
