Natalie B. Willis

Natalie B. Willis is an associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all areas of employment law, including management-side counseling on affirmative action, pay equity, and equal employment opportunity.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Natalie worked at a global consulting firm in their compensation and benefits practice group. She focused on executive compensation, regulatory compliance, disclosure reporting, and pay equity.

While in law school, Natalie served as the Articles Editor for the University of Denver Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and was a member of the negotiation team who were runners-up at the 2017 National Tulane Professional Football Negotiation Competition.
