Nicholas R. Santucci is an associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Nick’s practice includes drafting affirmative action plans, conducting pay equity analyses, and providing advice and counsel for pay data reporting and EEO laws. He also assists federal contractors with employment law compliance.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Nick worked at a large law firm in Denver defending wrongful termination claims, conducting employment due diligence reviews in mergers and acquisitions, and providing innovative advice and counsel to ensure multi-jurisdictional employment law compliance. Nick also devoted a significant portion of his practice to pro bono work.

During law school, Nick served as the candidacy editor of the Denver University Law Review and a legal extern for two judges.
