Radhika Tahiliani

Radhika Tahiliani is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Radhika’s practice focuses on a broad range of executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions.  

Her practice includes advising on equity and incentive compensation plans, nonqualified and qualified retirement plans, and employment, severance and change in control agreements. Radhika also assists client with welfare plan issues involving cafeteria plans, and health plans.
