Biography

Sandi Wilson is Of Counsel in the Greenville, South Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents businesses in all aspects of employment litigation before both state and federal courts in South Carolina.

Ms. Wilson has obtained summary judgment verdicts on behalf of her clients in numerous matters and has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict as both associate and lead counsel. She is particularly mindful of the business implications presented when a company’s reputation and personnel practices are attacked and the practical problems associated with protracted litigation. She works with businesses to ensure open communication exists regarding both a client’s expectations and the risks and benefits associated with pending litigation. As the spouse of a business owner, she understands the practical problems associated with operating a business in a manner that comports with the evolving nature of the laws governing the employment relationship, cultivating a positive working environment in which employees want to work, and respecting the needs of management to make the personnel decisions necessary to retain the ongoing viability of the business.

While attending law school, she served as the Associate Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review.
