Overview

As a boutique national workplace law firm, Jackson Lewis P.C. regularly supports in-house legal departments and corporate law firms with employment law matters. We assist clients with comprehensive labor, employment, employee benefits and immigration issues that often arise during a corporate transaction. 

Our Transactional Services group provides sophisticated, real-time advice to ensure material risks and requirements are considered, evaluated and appropriately addressed in every transaction. Beyond corporate deals, our Transactional Services team advises on consolidations and restructurings to further a company's business objectives and mitigate legal risk. We often work with financially distressed clients, including those contemplating, in or emerging from bankruptcy.

We assist with all aspects of workplace law that are implicated during a corporate transaction, including due diligence, negotiating and drafting definitive documents, insurer and co-investor interface and closing and post-closing management and integration.
